Working with Robert was an incredible experience as he is very prompt, courteous and professional in his communications. The quality of the files he created were superb and you can tell that he takes care in creating voice files by paying attention to specific details like using correct pronunciations. The equipment he uses is fantastic and produced amazing results. I felt the project requirements would likely take a professional 1 week minimal to maybe two weeks in total to complete, however Robert had it done in 3 days!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? He took the project and ran with it and for the quality of work, our entire team (many of which are Yale physicians) were thoroughly impressed! Few individuals give that kind of commitment to that kind of turnaround!
