My job responsibilities include Installation and configuration of IP PBX on cloud platforms such as Vultr, AWS ec2 & Lightsail, Azure, and many others. I am an Asterisk certified, 3cx advanced certified engineer, FreePBX, and FusionPBX expert. I have done my graduation in Telecommunication and seven years of experience in Core Networks. 

Skills 

Install PBX on the server. Configure the PBX: Create extensions, SIP trunks, Inbound and Outbound rules for incoming and outgoing VoIP calls. Phone provisioning using IP phone and softphone. Troubleshoot the errors and issues in configuring the PBX. Linux certified RHSCA training. Cisco certified network administrator, having work experience on cisco switches, routers, and bridges. Complete transfer of PBX from one VOIP provider to another, by creating all the PBX configurations. A digital receptionist to handle the calls. Create IVR and record voicemail recordings. Create call queue and Ring groups to handle the call routing among different extensions. Creating a call flow app. Expert in A2Billing. ASTPP Ip phones Yealinks, D lINK DPH, cISCO SPA504G, and other IP phone configurations. Basic skills include Windows servers 2012, 2016, and desktop Windows 10, 8, and 7.

 RHEL Experience:

 Linux fundamentals, file system, installation, ownership, and permission, partitions, Archive compression tools and Rsync, Fdisk partitioning cases, Process and daemons and performance monitoring.
