VIA was formed in 1997 by Joey Silvian to assist organizations in determining how to best use new technologies to enhance their training and marketing efforts. Before founding VIA, Mr. Silvian created large, nationwide interactive training systems, marketing and promotions, interactive exhibits, videogames and app development for companies such as Chrysler, Ford, IBM, General Motors, Du Pont and Mattel. He also worked as a VP of New Technologies for BBDO and implemented a variety of programs for several other ad agencies in the Detroit area. He has worked with numerous startups on developing their marketing programs either directly with those companies or through incubators such as Ann Arbor Spark.
