• Reviewing and testing analytics tool tagging for site changes, new site features, and marketing initiatives to ensure data quality • Assist in documenting and organizing all analytics tagging requirements • Creation and maintenance of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual metrics dashboards by gathering/formatting various data sets from a variety of web analytics solutions and internal databases and reports (i.e. Unica NetInsight, Omniture Site Catalyst, Add This etc.) • Creation of custom analytic reports (i.e. Website, SEO, SEM, social media, RSS) for all global websites, campaigns/projects and external relations • Provide support for managing multiple web analytics requests and projects • Proactively respond to client requests for reports and analysis • Ensure data accuracy from all sources via QA process • Ensure client requests are delivered within a reasonable timeframe (as per KPI) • Help clients drive core insights from the reported data
