I have a bachelor's of science in information technology, I currently work as an application support specialist in a US based company, working with customers from North America and Europe. I love programming and developing new software and web applications. I know that what the customer usually needs is to have a solution developed that just works, knowing that if anythings fails there will be someone that can solve the issue as fast as possible to assure the continuity of the business. I am someone that understands that having excellent technical skills is not enough if the customer does not get what he/she needs.
