Ans: Initially, I start with brainstorming your idea by asking a few questions. Then, I create low-fidelity wireframes and finalize them after a couple of revisions. Once you approved the wireframes, then I will change the wireframes into a high-fidelity web or mobile app UI design. 

Q3: Do I need to deliver logo files?

Ans: Yes, I need logo files in vector (ai format) to start designing your web and mobile app UI UX design. If you don't have a logo file, then I'll provide you with a custom offer.

Q4: From where do you take illustrations and photography?

Ans: I use license-free illustrations or pixel-perfect images through the internet. If the client has any high-quality images and illustrations, then it would be a huge plus for me.
