I am new to this venue of writing.  However, during my work and educational career of 25 years, I have written many works to make a point, argue a position, introduce new ideas, critically assess others points of view, and creatively express my thoughts and feelings. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Master's Degree in Education.  The combination of being well established in reading and writing english as well as being an educator makes me uniquely qualified to express an idea choosing the best and most inspiring language and writing in a way that communicates for understanding. My strongest areas of writing are editing, critical thinking/assessment, and writing positional pieces. My strength is my ability to communicate using the proper language to convey a message.  I can be concise and to the point or I can use prose to engage a reader to agree with a point of view or be challenged to critically think for themselves about an issue
