• Generate accurate web traffic and search reports as requested by different business units using tools like Google Analytics, Yahoo Analytics etc. • Come up with strategies for improving the volume and quality of traffic to websites by analyzing the web analytics reports. • Create strategies to maximize ROI on Google Adwords and optimization of websites to increase marketing ROI. • Identify trends & patterns and prepare web analytics reports using Google Analytics/Yahoo Analytics for senior audience. • Manage all company websites/portals, handling day to day problems on web servers, monitoring and fixing up web traffic, handling SQL queries, identifying web phishers and hackers etc. • Develop new websites/portals in conjunction with core marketing and graphic teams. Transform creative designs into technical reality. • Publish information to the Web, when requested and ensuring all business units’ web pages follow International web standards, policies and procedures. • Communicate business and technical requirements to the IT department and communicating new information regarding web initiatives to others within the Business Units.
