While this is not meant to be a issue as he did follow up quickly with my emails, it would have been nice to get updates regularly. Our prime focus was on reduction of cost for our site while making major changes. Greg's strongest strength in my opinion was that he did listen and was flexible in making changes to things that we had asked for then wanted to chagne. I would not hesitate to hire Greg again if the need arises, and have already discussed future opportunities in "managing" our site when needed.
