I believe learning is a lifelong process and in life, we must know how to distinguish an opportunity. With the cooperation of our local government together with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) initiated a project to help its people and open new opportunities. I grabbed the opportunity and took the program to enhance my knowledge as regards information technology. A program in which I developed skills to be equipped and competent enough as an online freelancer. I am a strong-willed and cautionary person as it is essential to the field I am pursuing.
