I am a programmer with knowledge in various programming languages and technologies. I always find opportunities where I can gain more knowledge about software engineering related fields. As an Analyst/Programmer of Student Administrative Services at the University of the South Pacific (USP) "The Primer University in the region", I develop and manage applications that makes students (our customers) work much easier in terms of having access to our services. I have learnt through my experience that customers play a very important role in any organisation and we should always include customers in our Supply Chain. I have also experience the benefit of working in team to solve any given problem. I also provide support to the university staff by providing them reports, training on applications and guiding them through the whole process cycle of admission, registrations, graduations, etc. I have also worked with ERP solution like SCT Ellucian Banner for Student where we explored ERP to provide better services to our students and to streamline processes through automation and workflow. This has helped me gain a lot of knowlege on Oracle DB, PL/SQL and Oracle reports and forms builder.
