I have a 8 year experience as a Developer and also have a 5 year experience as a WordPress Support and Customer Support via email and voice, 5 year experience as a Virtual Assistant and WordPress Tech Support. I also have an experience as a CallCenter Agent for an ISP and Telco company based in the U.S. I am great at creating tutorials and explaining technical stuff to clients that they can understand. I love the feeling of being able to help someone and i am the right one for the job! With my technical background and experience with Support, i can talk to clients with ease.
