I have over five years experience working in the insurance industry: underwriting, reinsurance, and actuarial procedures as well as brokering fire and casualty. I wrote custom automated software for Zurich in Manhattan to automate large calculation sets for company files. By eliminating possibility for human error and need for duplicate entries the program cut the time costs for a single set by over 80% and reduced errors by near 100%.
