I know web design quite well which is enhanced by my graphic design knowledge. I can create a website in several different ways from the conventional HTML to Wordpress CMS. I know HTML 5, PHP, CSS and Javascript. I would strongly recommend a CMS for just about anything so that you, the client, can make minor updates, page changes and so on yourself.
