My previous two jobs were at BPO call centers where I worked Pro Support. I received the escalated calls which were clients who were angry or otherwise extremely dissatisfied, as I am native English speaker and familiar with western culture. I received several certificates of recognition for my job performance.I stopped working for call centers because traffic was just too dangerous on my motorcycle and it was not worth possibly losing my life for a job. Previous, I was an entrepreneur who created several very successful eCommerce ventures from the bottom up. I performed most of the duties including sales manager, customer service manager and technical support manager as well as accounting and the creation / maintenance of the websites and shopping carts.
