I know alot about HTML and CSS, It's probably one of my strongest skills. That's why I am offering this skill of mine. But please do mind, I am no PHP or E-commerce expert. I have only scratched the surface of PHP, so if your site has PHP or E-commerce involved, I am not the guy you're looking for. But, I might be the guy you are looking for IF your project includes HTML and CSS.
