As a web developer for a medium-sized newspaper for the past 3 years, I have contributed extensively to the web design and development department. My specific experience involves designing web pages and advertisements, converting those designs to HTML and CSS, and developing software in PHP with MySQL. Additional experiences include maintaining a personal web server and website using the Typo3 content management system, as well as setting up and administering blog software. Examples of software that I have personally designed and implemented include an MLS integration web interface that obtains MLS listings daily and propagates them through a database I designed. It then allows for searches to be completed safely by the public. There is also an advertising subsystem that allows advertisers listings to display a logo of the advertiser and get special weight in the system.     John is one in a million in this business. He actually stayed on his time line, produced what he said he was going to produce and then some. He is OUTSTANDING. I would definately recommend him for any job that you have, but I don't want to recommend him, because I don't want him to get too busy helping new business when we are not done with him yet!!
