Web site development has been a major interest of mine for over five years. Because of this major interest I have extensive knowledge of creating web pages using standards compliant XHTML/HTML as well as CSS 1/2. Likewise, I am semi-fluent in building fully functional dynamic web pages using PHP, PERL/CGI and MySQL database technologies. I have created and maintained several web sites ranging from personal interests to eCommerce. My responsibilities for all of these sites include development, design, administration, and maintenance, as well as making sure that all these sites are standards compliant, usable by any one regardless of any disabilities, maintainable by other web site developers, as well as aesthetically pleasing to any audience. In addition to my knowledge of building and running web sites, I also have knowledge of setting up, running, and maintaining a web server, including basic knowledge of FTP and SMTP servers. With my knowledge and ability I feel I would be a valuable
