I have been writing html since 1998, and have been writing PHP since 2004. I have experience developing websites using on prebuilt content management systems (CMS), modifying the CMS as necessary, as well as, building custom CMS for the specific needs of the client. My designs are standards compliant and accessible.
As a designer/developer I have created and edited graphics to create eye-catching designs.
