I am a moodle expert and enough stuff in IOT. I have substantial experience in PHP CMS and Frameworks. Especially Codeigniter I handled many projects. My moodle themes are available in Moodle.org. The theme names are Academi, Klass, Eguru, Enlightlite. I had developed these themes four years ago. I developed REST-API service using ExpressJS. I have made web application in ExpressJS. The application name is Reefer-Tracker. I incorporated multiple GPS tracker OBD-II devices with our server.
