My main skill is backend web development using PHP and MySQL. I am able to deliver websites with a rich interface however I prefer to focus on creating the powerful PHP and MySQL to drive the site and deliver impressive and important content. As well as simply delivering content it is well within my knowledge to create more advanced features such as administrative areas and member areas using security to ensure users can only do what they are intended to do. Another skill I am starting to implement into some of my projects is AJAX. This is a relatively new language and many people are not aware of it's power to create enhanced websites. When AJAX is combined with PHP and then a MySQL database is added you can get some rather impressive results. Please note though AJAX is not always the most suitable choice for some sites.
