I've been doing Python web development for 14 years. Most of that has been on projects that were as much about helping my clients understand what they needed as it was about building it. I very much enjoy being close to the users or otherwise close to the source of the requirements. As such, being self-motivated, detail oriented, and a problem solver is not only old hat to me, it's the kind of stuff I most love to do. In other words, though I do enjoy designing whole new architectures or playing with the shiniest toys, I get the most enjoyment out of being closer to the project even when it's not the most exciting.Most of my experience is with Plone, the open-source enterprise CMS. I also have experience with Pyramid and Django. I'm interested in working with pretty much any stack and having worked with some very deep stacks for a very long time so I excel at getting up to speed quickly.
