    When Mark first started on my project, the idea was to let the winning bidder work on Phase 1, and then see if we liked that freelancer's work or if we wanted to go elsewhere for the other phases. Mark's work was so impressive that after his initial work, I knew I had found the right freelancer for the rest of the project.

    When I first started looking for a developer for this project, I had used another site before, with several unsuccessful results, and I did not want to go back there again. Thus, I decided to try Guru.com, and am I ever glad I did, because if I hadn't, I would not have connected with Mark. The greatest thing about working with Mark Bowman is that Quality and Customer Satisfaction are Job 1. His wasn't the cheapest bid we got, but I can confidently say that his work was -- and is -- the best. His technical skill is excellent. He quickly understood our requirements, and communicated with us constantly. He suggested several ideas to improve the project, and when he gave us a deadline or timeline for something, he made sure the task was done by then. Truly a man of his word -- and in my experience, developers like that are hard to find.
