From technical support to database integration and programming to help system creation and documentation, I can figure out practically any software product or database system and improve it, troubleshoot it, or document it. I have built database systems from scratch and know the Cold Fusion programming, HTML, CSS, and Drupal to put it online. As a Director of MIS, it's my job to know about a large variety of systems and databases and make them all work together. I am a hands-on technology expert who has risen to a leadership role. As I have throughout my career, I write code, train users, manage database systems, and lead quality testing efforts.
