I am capable of building a finished product from a concept. I have worked in all tiers of web application development on both large and small government contracts. I am familiar with the complete life-cycle of software development and even have copyrights on my own products (ie - https://www.healthpractitionerpro.com). SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:The first four years of my career were spent performing various tasks in network administration, systems engineering and software development for a variety of government clients. The next five years were spent doing java portal and J2EE software development. The last four years have been spent designing, and developing java/python web applications, where the new skill of the scrum methodology was learned.
