Work on a small development team responsible for creation and maintenance of web applications used by human resources, security and finance departments, in addition to applications used by the rest of the workforce. Duties include all aspects of the software life-cycle: requirements gathering, architectural design, development, unit testing and integration testing, deployment and O&M. Served as lead developer on recent rewrite of the expense reporting application. This project was done in conjunction with a rewrite of the timekeeping application. Both projects were written in ASP.NET MVC and make use of Entity Framework and the Unity Application Block. These were extensive, large-scale projects that included user-interface (UI) design, user-experience (UX) considerations and many administrator level configurations resulting in more modern web technologies, cross-browser support and separation of business rules for multiple companies. Recently lead development efforts on network vulnerability dashboard to be used by internal Information Assurance (IA) team as well as network owners. This project has been architected as a single page application (SPA), using AngularJS, Grunt and ASP.NET Web API. Transitioned corporate databases to SQL Server 2008 R2 to utilize Transparent Data Encryption. Maintained legacy applications utilizing a wide variety of technologies, including: classic ASP, ASP.NET in both C# and VB, Silverlight XAML, WCF RIA services, jQuery and SQL Server.
