While I design websites for all types of clients, I specialize in building custom real estate sites for both agents and realty firms. I have designed hundreds of websites throughout the years - sites not only for real estate, but for condominium projects, small businesses, consultants, and non-profit organizations. I learned to hand-code and write HTML years ago to create clean, fast-loading sites. My process is similar to building a custom 'house" -

• 1. Client Discussion
• 2. Research
• 3. Creating the "look" of the site - colors, graphics, fonts, navigation menu, main page, etc.
• 4. Post the hand-coded "look" in a private URL on my webserver for client review and revisions
• 5. Continue building the rest of the site 6. Client final approval before going "live" to the public

I  can even advise my web clients regarding their other forms of online and offline marketing efforts too that will attract more site visitors.
