Designing a product without a strategic approach often leads to ineffective outcomes. Many businesses struggle to align their objectives with user needs, resulting in frustratingly inefficient designs.

I am Akil. A UX Consultant, helping businesses to design clean, user-centered product experience. My approach as a Freelance User Experience Designer involves identifying the problems to understand user needs, business objectives, and its opportunities by following the process of designing product and the experience.

Before diving into interface design in Figma, I begin by preparing research questions and planning and conducting interviews. I also gather user surveys and use card sorting techniques to identify the most critical problems and prioritize potential solutions. Subsequently, as a User Interface Designer, I create wireframes, UI kits, mockups, and prototypes based on the architecture of the product in Figma, and testing them with representative users to enhance it's usability. In addition, I design and execute studies into user behavior and attitudes, conduct heuristic evaluations, define and refine user personas, and present and communicate insights.

Other than that, I am continuously expanding my technical knowledge and skillset to designing complex, feature-rich applications that feel simple and easy to use also to create more effective and efficient designs. This unique combination of skills allows me to not only design visually stunning interfaces but also ensure that they are technically sound and easy to implement.
