I have been in the BPO industry for roughly 6 years now. I was into Customer Service the whole time, was able to handle e-commerce accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. The most recent job I had was with BPO company where I was able to handle Walmart.com as a Product Specifics Trainer. The main responsibility was to make sure that the new hires are all set/ready/equip to provide the best customer service to Walmart.com customers. Prior to entering the BPO industry, I also worked as a Secretary cum Receptionist in a trading firm in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates for 3 years. Basically handled phone calls, redirecting to the correct department, did the filing and encoding of documents.I am motivated, completely driven to accomplish whatever task was given to me. I am confident that I'll be able to deliver positive results and will even work on exceeding the expected goals. I work well under pressure. My experience in the Call Center Industry developed my communication skills which have added confidence in me. I believe I have the skill and ability if given the chance.I have this one goal, that is to be able to provide for my family and it is motivation enough to work hard.
