I am a self-driven young IT specialist with experience in Windows, Unix and VoIP. I understand basic to intermediate TCP/IP. PCI-DSS, have been trained for ITIL and CCNA. I am familiar with SixSigma and had training for White Belt STEP and Green Belt. I have worked with multiple network appliances such as firewalls, routers and switches due to personal interest and professional necessity in the area. I am capable of repairing such devices on the hardware as well as on the software level, due to my professional secondary degree.I have undergone multiple IT trainings on-line with Coursera and other options for open and free education. I have a big interest in Unix/Linux as well as in virtualisation. . I have worked in a VMWare VSphere and configured several Xen servers, LXC solutions and KVMs, several HPC clusters on enterprise level. I also comprehend VirtualBox and it's open source derivatives. Various experiences with opensource solutions as OpenVPN, NGINX, Apache, HAProxy are also present. I have no difficulties using Windows Server 20XX and Exchange environments and installations, managing forests and groups with Active Directory, as well as users. I can troubleshoot the entire office suite from Microsoft, without reinstalling it. With my various experiences in both GNU/GPL and MS worlds I believe I would be a valuable part of IT Support Team.
