I am currently handling a Lead's position in Microsoft Windows & Office 365 consumer space. I have about 4 years of experience handling Microsoft 365 commercial products including Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams and partly SharePoint Online. Earlier I have worked as Incident Coordinator and have service desk experience too. I would be a perfect fit for technical support, customer service and lead role for any support environment that is technically inclined. Even though I have little prior experience in writing, I have successfully tried my hand in writing articles and blog posts earlier in different freelancing platforms.
