Report and troubleshoot the system alerts including alert escalation. - Responsible for the uptime of the devices being managed / monitored. - Installation and Migrating Windows Servers, Done dozens of Server Migration. - Configuration and Manage Azure Cloud Resource, Good with Azure PS CLI Script. - Also responsible for Exchange to MS 365 Migrations. - Configuration, Managing Windows Servers 2k3,2k8, 2k12,2k16. - Automation in RMM and Ticketing tools. - Administering User Accounts, Groups and Active Directory Objects. - DNS & DHCP, Configuration and management DHCP scopes, reservations. - Modify and manage virtual machines in HyperV. - Worked on Apache web server and Mysql and Oracle 10g Databases. - Remote troubleshooting also technically update the tickets in ticketing system for all the issues handled / worked upon. - Ensure that the tickets raised per shift are closed as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined. - Maintaining Server health by checking Performance monitor logs, disk- space utilization, Events viewer reporting and taking corrective measures. - Creating and managing VM in HyperV. - Creates PowerShell script that works as automated task like Patch installation, Managing AD users, CryptoPrevent script, kaseya scripts. - Troubleshooting issue related to various Backups like Windows backup, Managed online Backup (MOB), Shadow protect backup, Carbonite backup. - Managing and Configuration RMMs like GFI(LogicNow), N-Able(Ncentral), Kaseya. - Configure group policy as per client requirement and migrating user profile. - Troubleshoot critical application and system event logs. - Configuring new alerts and modifying alerts of servers or workstations through RMM.
