Microsoft Certified professional holds approximately 6 years of experience as SCCM Deployment and Windows server administration •Analyzing and Troubleshooting Networking (routing, dns, OSI model), Database Management (MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle), Big Data Technologies, Various Operating Systems and SaaS Platforms •Monitor and Respond to reported product issues from Internal or external sources and troubleshooting (i.e. Java Application). •Supporting cloud based environments for development, test, production and operations with high availability, scalability and fault-tolerance •Ability to analyze and resolve complex system and infrastructure issues •Configuring and setting up SSL, SSH and SSO for the applications running our products •Troubleshooting and Diagnosing various technologies outside of our Software (e.g. Hardware, Active Directory, MSSQL, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Apache web Server, IIS, etc.) •Vmware Workstation 2008 , 2012 , 2016 Server and CentOS/Ubuntu •Deployment using WDS, MDT,SCCM, WDS. •Servicing stack, CBS, and Patching. • Patch management, LOB Application Management, Compliance Management, Client Device Management, Content Distribution, OS Deployment, Asset Intelligence, Software Metering using SCCM. • In depth knowledge SCCM client installation ,software Distribution, Remote control and SCCM issues. • Driver Package creation for OSD , Image capture and test activities for OSD. • Patch Management of physical and virtual environments through SCCM. • Creating Task sequence for OS deployment. • Good understanding on Package Server , Task sequence and PXE server concepts. • Strong on troubleshooting and analytical skills on SCCM server and client issues. • Knowledge of installation and configuration of SCCM central / CAS , Primary ,WSUS, MDT integration. • Strong Knowledge on SCCM Server and client log files. • Design and installation Experience of Microsoft system configuration manager all versions. • Good knowledge in Windows Server 2008/2008 R2, 2012 /2012 R2 , 2016. • Cloud integration with SCCM . • Hyper-v 2008 , 2012 and 2016 experience . • Virtual Machines Migrations. • Failover cluster , Storage and No boot issues. • Installation , configuration and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating system. • Service tools: Service Now, BMC Remedy , MS Solve . • Microsoft Azure and Enrolment of Devices in MDM(Intune) • ITIL framework • Managing storage allocations for Windows servers.
