Typing of lengthy documents, data capturing into preset forms or macro's can type between 100 to 120wpm. Figures are also accurately entered on Excel with or without formulae. I am only happy once a job has been completed with high attention to detail and perfect accuracy, according to the client's specifications. I am diligent about getting a job done, therefore I'm always reachable whether through Skype, email or any preferred communication platform. I have had the privilege of a varied and interesting career having done many different types of jobs. I have experience in the commercial Property Management sector doing Leases and Facilities (Maintenance) - feasibility studies, project reports, minutes of various types of meetings (was known as the company's scribe), procurement & tender processes to filter the best service providers, typing up orders/quotes, awarding best quotes, overseeing the SLA process, variance reports according to budget, budget increases and layouts, graphs and more. I also worked as the Sales Coordinator at a Printing and Bookbinding company - a 'hit the ground running' job but very exciting. I carried out all admin requirements for approximately 7 representatives as well as liaised between customers (some of them being blue chip such as Unilever, Robertsons, Pfizer Laboratories, Tiger Foods), and Factory Management to expedite urgent orders to warehouse and then delivery stage. I produced Reps' figures on a weekly and monthly basis and typed up monthly reports from the Sales Division for Management. I had my own business at one time offering computer courses, typing, faxing, photocopying services. I once typed up a Manuscript for a pensioner to get her book published. Generally I have carried out many positions and so am flexible and versatile to a lot of different types of jobs.
