 I will review formatting: I will verify headings,font,styles,and bullet points.

I will Read aloud: Read the text aloud to catch errors that may be missed when reading silently. It helps identify awkward phrasing, missing words, or repetitive sentences.

I will Use spell check and grammar tools: Utilize the spell check and grammar tools available in word processing software. However, remember that they're not foolproof and may miss certain errors.

 I will check for consistency: Ensure consistency in formatting, punctuation, capitalization, and use of abbreviations or acronyms throughout the document.

I will Focus on one aspect at a time: Concentrate on specific elements during each proofreading pass. For instance, review for grammar errors in one pass, then focus on spelling in the next.

I will Pay attention to details: Look for common mistakes like homophones (their/there), subject-verb agreement, and proper use of apostrophes.
