I am an Australian-based VA with in excess of 25 years administration experience, including management.My objective is to provide quality administration support with a view to developing long-term relationships with my clients.Past experience includes:- 12 years in a Tendering and Contracts role (Utility)- 3 years in a Team Leader role (Utility)- 2 years as a Service Coordinator / PlannerI have been a VA since December 2010 and have undertaken a variety of projects with a diverse range of clients. More recently with Tailors Mark, an online customer tailor. This role involves managing the customer support and administration for their operations. Responsibilities include customer support via Salesforce, creation and updating of staff manuals, managing remote staff etc.
