I work as a support agent for a small web hosting company at the moment. I answer phone calls, emails and chats from our clients. I serve as a messanger between our clients and our programmers. I also enter info into excel in order to keep track of clients and open support cases.
I am also studying in college and have as final goal a degree in chemical engineering. To do this, I must earn some money to support myself.
