I am a graduate of Business Administration major in Management in Silliman University. I have worked with Convergys Philippines Services since year 2005 - 2011 as a customer service representative. I was also a technical support representative with Sykes Asia last 2004 - 2005. The support for these jobs were for U.S. based customers and some other countries. I can work on data entry jobs. With my previous jobs, we were training on how to multi-task. While on the phone talking to a customer, we also have to work on customer's record at the same time and these are done in a timely manner.
