I have a broad experience on the fields of Call Center. I currently work for one of BPO Company at Clark Field, Pampanga, Philippines as a Document Analyst for 2 and half years. I work under several transcription and data entry project. Aside from those jobs i also work for them as an Inbound Call Center Agent for Sales/CSR and as for Outbound Call Center Agent my job is to verify the employment of our account holders for collection purposes.
