As Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President of our company, my skill set is widely varied including managing the day-to-day operations of our medical management company, typing speed of 95-100 WPM, meeting/event planning, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, A/P, A/R, payroll for independent contractors, working closely with in-house accountant, ordering and maintaining supplies, office maintenance and office equipment issues, creating correspondence, fielding vendor and client/patient questions, and anything else that is required to get the job done!
