Ability to give suggestions on cost reduction and business strategy, through the use of financial reports and historical data. INTERPERSONAL: Oral and written communication skills were developed making it possible to communicate with vendors, customers and employees. Increased my ability to solve problems and still retain goodwill and a trusting relationship. MANAGEMENT: The management of a team of 14 employees taught me the importance of leading by example, and motivational techniques to get everyone to work as a team, resulting in a profit increase of 75% in a 1 year period.
