I worked in the customer service and administrative support field for the last 10 years. I have seven years experience with word processing and data entry. I have experience as a shift supervisor as well as a new contractor trainer. I have created and managed file systems, which were designed in both numerical and alphabetical categories. I have worked customer service positions in various fields of business such as finance, insurance, housing, food industry, and retail. I was the administrative assistant to the general manager of Hancock Fabrics Inc. I have organized and facilitated business meetings, planned business trips and conferences for Mass Communications Project, Inc. I am currently planning a red carpet wedding for a known socialite in Rhode Island. I have assisted in the planning of over 7 weddings within the last two years. I have put together several hip hop and R&B concerts for the University of Massachusetts. I have also held discussion panels with artists such as Da
