I have been in the customer service industry for 19 years, with the last 13 years primarily focused in technical support and computer repair. I am a fast learner when it comes to learning new programs and I love to teach those who are struggling to learn. My past employers would probably say I am methodical and tenacious in how I do things. My number one priority in any job I do, is to do it right the first time and up to my employers specifications. Even though my background is in customer service, I am wanting to broaden my horizons and my skill set as a data entry and research specialist.
