I am looking for someone who pays attention to detail for functional look and feel as well as understands local SEO. 

This individual will be working on creating webpages that are functional to the local area around their business and understands how important it is from a SEO perspective to properly label images title and alt text for local SEO ranking, properly set up slugs, titles and meta descriptions. If you do not understand and know how to apply local SEO to a website, content and images, do not reply. You will need to prove your knowledge and expertise. If you bid on this project, please provide example analytical data demonstrating you know how to boost business rankings. 

When I provide a webpage to design, you will know exactly what to do based on its current design, colors, type of images to use, etc. 

We have a number of websites that require location pages to be built in order to increase organic traffic and SERP in those areas. 

We are a U.S. based company supporting businesses in the U.S. You must be familiar with the U.S. and understand how to build out SEO pages to specific locations.
