I create custom Wordpress themes based on delivered design. I slice the PSDs (or any other design format) into responsive HTML / CSS and then I integrate it as a custom theme with Wordpress. I can use Gutenberg or custom fields - it's up to you. I also can use Elementor, Visual Composer, DIVI, Fusion , Others any type of page builders.
