I can offer you custom designed website, based on WP platform. First we will create home page design, work closely with you on your comments and improvements for it. After you approve it, we will create design for inner page (1 or 2 pages, depending on inner pages wireframes which we will discuss at the work process). After all designs will be approved, we will convert it into custom WP theme, which will have all required features, and no unnecessary code or plugins (as it happen with ready-made themes). We will work on our development server first, and when you approve site - transfer it to your hosting, settle everything, and provide manual with explanation - how to manage and update your site. And definitely will answer all your questions :)
