Here's a bit about myself:
I have been filling business development and sales & marketing roles for the past 3 years, in both my companies and my clients'.
Many of my attributions included developing plans and implementing them for revenue growth, cash-flow stabilization, project and team management, digitalization, business expansion, digital marketing and more. If I were to sum it up, I'd say I am a deal maker and back-end leader.

• Marketing Strategy – I can help both B2C and B2B companies. Whether your project is physical or digital, needs creative work or is in a difficult industry, I’ll create a planning in written format as a step-by-step actionable system.
• Business Consulting – This goes to CEO and Directors that need advisory before making a decision or taking a new path with their projects or need help with remediating an issue related to their business – revenue, cash-flow, debt, etc.
• Virtual Office Framework & Environment build – This refers to digitalization. If you want to move or expand your business into the online, I’ll provide the perfect ecosystem to fit your business exactly. This will be delivered together with explicit action steps and guidelines to accommodate your pivoting.
In cases where my clients are not prepared back-end wise, I formulate processes and onboard them onto project management platforms while also creating a fully customized virtual office for them.
There's also cases when everything is in place, but not optimized. I come in and make sure that the field is ready.
These are always carried out between me and the client (one dedicated person), giving them first hand experience with building their infrastructure, making it easier to understand and adapt.
I only reach out to vetted targets, every outgoing email being always personalized to the account and their business. Once the processes are in place, my clients can sit back and be completely hands-off.
