•Experience in Functional Knowledge on Compensation & Benefits. •Skilled in configuring security to the employees in an organization •Possess an excellent understanding of the Human Resource business process, comprising the full life cycle of an employee, including recruiting, hiring, employee maintenance, payroll and benefits. •Hands on experience in inbound/ outbound integration's Using Core Connector, managing business processes, working with EIB, Report Writer, Creating Workday Calculated Fields and Custom Reports. •Good understanding of Integration's including Web Services, SaaS, Workday Architecture, Business Process Framework and iLoads. •Workday HR Configuration knowledge and experience in modules like Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time, Benefits and Payroll, Security •Extensively worked on creating custom reports using Workday Report Writer. •Around 1 year experience with XML, XPATH and XSLT.
