I am a writer and content specialist with over 6 years of varied experience working with written content including copywriting, editing, creative writing and marketing communications. My particular strength lies in helping to tailor copy to specific audiences. I am currently employed at an advertising agency helping brands tell their story through content. This involves understanding their goals, voice and, most importantly, the people they wish to engage with. I aim to bring these skills to any content I produce for clients. Prior to this I worked as an Assistant Editor for a non-fiction publishing company, giving me a professional grounding in copy editing, proofreading and manuscript creation. I was also lucky enough to write, and have published, a series of children's non-fiction titles. I have an MA in Contemporary Literature, Culture and Theory, a BA in American and English Literature and have lived and worked in North American for over 3 years and can tailor copy to suit U.S. or U.K. audiences. I am used to working to tight, non-flexible deadlines and I am happy to take on work of various styles and lengths as long as I feel I can provide the highest possible standard of work to my clients.
