I have been a journalist for much of my working life. I worked on newspapers in New Zealand, Australia, Britain and South Africa; was a political journalist in newspapers and television for 20 years; New Zealand correspondent for USA publications Newsweek and the Christian Science Monitor; edited and wrote technical books on journalism, politics and the in South East Asia for a German NGO; compiled and distributed a book and Internet newsletter on media freedom in Asia-Pacific, and have written for Thailand Tatler and Thailand Prestige I have written websites for beach clubs and entertainment complexes. I have written newsletters for the Star Alliance (global), a beach club and a hotel. I have written political columns in New Zealand and columns on aviation in Thailand for two newspapers. I also worked in corporate communications in the airline, television, public relations industries, and local government in New Zealand and Thailand. My first novel, “Proud,” was self-published in 2019. My second, “Divine’s Choice,” will be published in 2021. I am retired and live with my New Zealand wife on Phuket in Thailand.
